Do I need ID verification to use Cellopack?

No. You can create and share a free collector profile without ID verification. ID verification is optional and adds the ID-verified badge to your profile after Stripe Identity verifies your government-issued ID and selfie.

Does Cellopack show my ID or legal name?

No. Cellopack does not show your ID, selfie, or legal name on your public profile. Your public profile shows your collector handle, profile details, links, and trust signals.

What's the difference between verified account links and the ID-verified badge?

Verified account links show that you control a connected marketplace or social profile. The ID-verified badge shows that you completed identity verification through Stripe Identity.

Do I get the ID-verified badge as soon as I subscribe?

Subscribing gives you access to ID verification. The ID-verified badge and your higher monthly vouch limit activate once you complete it through Stripe Identity. Paying alone doesn't add them. After checkout, your dashboard walks you through verification.

Does Cellopack guarantee safe deals?

No. Cellopack is a trust signal, not buyer protection, escrow, or a guarantee, and that doesn't change with a paid membership. It helps collectors check profile details, verified links, and public vouches before a deal, but you should still use safe payment methods and your normal deal checks.

Where is ID verification available?

ID verification availability depends on Stripe Identity support: currently the US, UK, EU member states, Japan, and Australia. If verification isn't available in your location, you can still use a free Cellopack profile, and the waitlist will let you know when coverage expands.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of signup, no questions asked. After 7 days there are no proactive refunds. You keep access through the period you already paid for, and you can cancel renewal anytime from Settings → Billing.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. You can cancel renewal before your next billing date, or choose a different plan length when your current term renews. Either way, access continues through the period you already paid for.

What happens to my profile if my membership ends?

You keep everything you built: your profile, links, and vouches all stay. Only the paid extras go away: the ID-verified badge is hidden and your monthly vouch limit returns to the free level. Re-subscribe anytime to restore them.
