What does a verified link actually mean?
A verified link means Cellopack confirmed the member controls the account on another platform. A vouch means another Cellopack member publicly put their name behind someone. The ID-verified badge means a member completed an optional identity check confirming they’re a real, named person.
Those signals only hold if they’re real: an account that connects to real activity elsewhere, a vouch from a recognizable collector willing to stand behind it. When a signal can’t be confirmed, doesn’t match what it claims, or fits a pattern that doesn’t add up, like sudden bursts of vouches, copied screenshots, or mismatched accounts, we may review it, remove it, or act on the account.
None of these signals are buyer protection. Cellopack is a trust layer, not escrow. Use safe payment methods and your own checks before money changes hands.
Impersonation
Profiles or links that appear to copy another collector, brand, or account.
Misleading trust signals
Fake, coordinated, borrowed, or manipulated vouches, links, or verification attempts.
Harmful behavior
Threats, harassment, doxxing, scams in progress, or other behavior that puts collectors at risk.
How do I report a scammer?
For most issues, use the report button on the profile. The form helps you flag a specific link or vouch when needed.
When you report something:
- Open the profile in question.
- Use the report button.
- Choose the closest reason.
- If you're flagging a specific link or vouch, pick it from the list.
- Add specifics, like screenshots, links, or what happened.
